There is always an opportunity to improve the quality of our service and the relationship with our Clients. This is why we have provided this mailbox where you can register your requests, complaints, claims or suggestions.

## In this section, you can file, track, and consult the reports of your PQRSF.

At ABC, we value your feedback. Listening to you allows us to continuously improve our services, address your concerns in a timely manner, and strengthen the experience we provide. Under our commitment to transparency and continuous improvement, we closely monitor and follow up on every PQRSF we receive.

**What does PQRSF mean?**

**P – Petitions:** Requests for information or service-related inquiries.  
**Q – Complaints:** Expressions of dissatisfaction regarding the service received or a specific process.  
**R – Claims:** Formal requests submitted when a service was not delivered as agreed and may require financial compensation.  
**S – Suggestions:** Ideas or recommendations that help us improve and evolve.  
**F – Compliments:** Recognition of our team for a positive experience or outstanding service.
